Do you offer white-label fabrication?
Yes. Birch & Elm can fabricate behind the scenes while you manage the customer relationship. Project attribution and handoff details can be agreed during quoting.
Can you work from our existing artwork or CAD files?
Yes. Send the files or a reference link for review. We’ll confirm whether the format and geometry are suitable or whether production preparation is needed.
Can you provide CNC machining without finishing?
Yes. Machining-only work is available, as are finished and assembled pieces. The agreed quote will define the handoff point.
Do you accept one-off projects and small production runs?
Yes. We quote single specialty pieces, small batches, and repeat work based on the specific project.
Can we supply our own materials?
Potentially. Supplied material must be reviewed for suitability, condition, size, tooling, and workholding before it is accepted.
Do you offer trade or volume pricing?
Trade pricing is quoted from the project specifications, materials, quantities, machining, and finishing requirements. There is no automatic or fixed discount schedule.
Can you deliver finished pieces?
Local delivery or shipping may be arranged when appropriate for the size, finish, destination, and project requirements.
Do you handle installation?
Installation may be available for certain local projects and should be discussed during quoting. It is not included automatically.
