This page explains the use of information submitted through the project inquiry forms.
Information you choose to send
An inquiry includes your name, email, project description, and any optional details or reference links you provide. Include only information that you have permission to share.
Responding to your project
Birch & Elm uses inquiry information to respond, review feasibility, prepare a quote, and communicate about the project. Submitting a quote request does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
Form processing and external services
When enabled, the inquiry forms use Formspree to process submissions and send them to the workshop’s inbox. Formspree processes information under its own privacy policy. External services such as Instagram and linked file-sharing services have their own policies. The site also requests its display fonts from Google Fonts.

Call (510) 497-0474 to ask about correcting or removing information you submitted. Please avoid sending confidential drawings or personal information that is not needed for an initial quote.
