Consultation
Share wording, size, photos of the space, and any logo files. We follow up from the shop to confirm the brief.

Design & Proof
We send a layout proof for your approval before any cutting or engraving begins.

Fabrication
Once approved, we cut, carve, and hand-finish the sign in the Union City shop.

Delivery
Pickup from the shop, or we arrange shipping or local drop-off for the finished piece.
